闸板阀SLIDE GATE VALVE

闸板阀安装在料仓的出口，用以切断或部分限制粉、粒产品流量，WGV闸板阀全部型号可提供手动或自动操作，并根据要求设定从0%到100%开度。

说明：

l         手动操作：采用手轮。

l         自动操作：采用双作用气缸带无触点磁性开关和电磁阀。电流：220V，50Hz，AC

l         气缸操作要求：0.6~0.7MpaG干燥、洁净气体。

l         结构材料：碳钢、AISI 304或316不锈钢

l         法兰连接尺寸按ANSL150lb标准或根据用户要求制造。

l         随产品的改进，特性尺寸可能会有变动，需在订货时确认，不另外通知。

NS Slide Gate Valves are generally used to bin outlets and spouts to provide positive cut-off or unrestricted flow of powder and granular materials. They are available in a full range of sizes with manual or automatic operation and with intermediate settings adjustable from 0% to 100% can be supplies on request.

Notes:

l         Manual operator is handwheel.

l         Automatic operator is double acting air cylinder with magnetic switches and solenoid valve for, 50Hz,AC.

l         Optional operating cylinder requires 0.6~0.7 MpaG clean and dry air.

l         WGV is manufacture in carbon steel so SS AISI 304 or 316.

l         Flange connection dimensions is ANSI 150 lb or on special order.
